There are many kinds of madness, clinical and otherwise.
One perversion of the mind is when a person recognizes their own
divine nature while at the same time dismissing that same divinity in others,
viewing other people as little more than unfeeling props to be used.
A related meglomania is the exagerated need to be the center
of attention that we see in some politicians and Hollywood stars.
