Canto 9. Inferno (November 2016)

Canto 9 of the original Inferno describes approaching
and entering the walled city of Dis which contains the real hell
where willful crimes against God and man are punished.
So formidable are the furies and Medusa encountered during
the approach and entry into this infernal burning city
that a powerful angel has to appear to pave the way forward.
