For those who see existence as overlapping states of
consciousness with varying densities of Spirit and light,
the astral plane is plane one immediately above the physical.
Every emotion that we feel has roots in the astral plane.
Even when our attention is on the physical world and on our
physical body, we can feel emotions in our astral body.
